Qulalified Motor Mechanic with excellent computer skills required to work in Cape-Town (relocation costs will be paid) Minimum Requirements Qualified motor mechanic Knowledge of spare parts market 5 years’ experience in the automotive field Computer literacy skills Duties Maintain good communication with Aftermarket customers, providing hands on technical support/problem solving. Provide prompt/efficient service to customers relating to any queries or complaints. Prepare and deliver product presentations. Arrange to provide customers with in-house training on all products. Obtain information from the market place and feedback to Technical Manager in respect of competitive activity. Represent the company at trade shows.
