Our client in the Pharmaceutical Industry urgently seeks a MPharm or Relevant Postgraduate Degree candidate to lead an expert patient - orientated pharmaceutical care service that promotes use of medicines in a medical facility Provide Clinical Pharmacy services to the medical facility Iniate and Implement the Antimicrobial Stewardship programme and enhance the appropriate utilisation of antimicrobials Provide info related to pharmaceutical utilisation, trends, stratergies and medication to the medical facility Mitigate and support the management of the pharmaceutical risks in the medical facility Ensure accurate dispensing where applicable Antimicrobial stewardship course, infection prevention and control related course 2 years experience as a ward or clinical Pharmacist MPharm or relevant postgraduate degree Antimicrobial stewardship processes and procedures Ethical Pharmaceuticals Knowledge of the pharmacy and related healthcare industry Relevant Pharmacy legislation (eg: Pharmacy Act, Good pharmacy practice, Medicine Control Act 101 of 1965) Development of pharmaceutical guidlines and protocols Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies Surgical pharmaceuticals Develop patient treatment plans Knowledge and experienced working with relevant pharmacy systems (eg: Unisolv; AS 400) Competer lietrate (Microsoft Office) 55k - 60k
