We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician to join our client's esteemed team. Perform beauty treatment such as manicures, pedicures, massages, body scrubs, body wraps, and other as assigned by management. Maintain a high standard of service and hygiene. Deliver personalised beauty treatments tailored to each client's needs. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest beauty techniques and industry trends. Assist with the daily operations of the salon/clinic as required. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of treatments and client interactions. Completion of relevant beauty therapy courses: SAAHSP, CIDESCO, ITEC. Experience working in a salon, clinic, or retail environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Strong teamwork capabilities. Effective time management skills. Client-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service. High attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanour. Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organised.
