Responsibilities:
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
- Managing and collecting debts from customers
- Managing credit terms of customers
- Customer queries
- Creating sales orders
- Processing Invoices
- Preparing statements
- Managing the sales ledger
- Customer and Sales team liaisons
- AR Reconciliations
- General admin duties including answering phones, managing files and other clerical duties
