the Education department of this well know skin care brand is requiring r a strong team player to join the Dynamic Education Team. The successful applicant is required to be independent, self-motivated, self-confident driven, display punctuality, accuracy & a spirit of innovation. Implement education strategy and touch points nationally according to Global education. • Drive product Distribution SA education to elevate the expertise throughout the business. • Responsible for executing the training calendar. • Manage personal calendar to align to planned Education calendar. • Deliver training in a user-friendly manner while motivating and inspiring both Product Distribution SA staff and stockists. • Prepare and maintain training facilities. • Participate in Trainer the Trainer sessions. • Provide feedback to Education Manager on trainees understanding of content, training needs and assist in identifying key training gaps. • Execute Product Distribution SA School Strategy. • Manage school training as part of the Education training calendar. • Build and maintain relationships with training institutes. • Assist training institutes with stocktakes, ordering process and clinic day preparation and execution. • Assist students with the ordering process. • Drive students through enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise to be positioned as a favoured brand. • Provide feedback to Education Manager on all relevant aspects related to training institutes. • Support the National promotional calendar with the Sales & Marketing team. • Communicate brand developments and innovations to Product Distribution SA Staff and Stockists. • Assist with ongoing recommendations to drive in store experience for both Retail and Professional lines. • Provide feedback for product fact sheets by communicating to Education Manager. • Participate in quarterly Sales meetings. • Provide innovative ideas and concepts to Education Manager regarding business trends and company results. • Be aware of in trade training needs and assist to upskill in trade. • Assist Sales team with stockist training histories and requirements. • Research competitors' innovations, trends, and pricing. • Responsible for all administrative duties. • Compile and submit monthly reports to Education Manager timeously. • Manage and contribute to the education team through portfolio works. Customer focused • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Fluent in English • Excellent presentation skills • Self confidence • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong computer literacy • Excellent personal time management and of education schedules • Show the capability to work under high pressure – with the team and independently • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Position is physically demanding – ability to pick up boxes with products, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, etc. Experience: • Qualified Skin Care Therapist with at least 3 years' experience with other brands, the industry and stockists • 2 – 3 years' experience as an Educator and / or Somatologist / Beauty Therapist • Previous experience as a lecturer beneficial Requirements: • Diploma or Degree / Advanced Diploma in Somatology / Beauty Therapy • CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP qualifications advantageous • Valid Drivers License with a vehicle • Able to travel for 1 week away from home.
