Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dynamic and organized National Field Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client's team in the FMCG industry. As the National Field Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales activities across multiple regions. This is a key role that requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the sales team in implementing the national sales strategy Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and targets Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective sales execution Manage and update sales-related documentation and databases Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and systems Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales coordination or support role within the FMCG industry Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRM software is a plus Benefits Salary: R400K/yr - R420K/yr, negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
