Job Context Servest (Pty) Ltd, a Leading Facilities Management Company has a challenging opportunity for a National Key Accounts Manager reporting to the National Operations Director be based at their Head Office in Midrand Waterfall. The position is for their Cleaning Division. Minimum Requirements • Excellent communications skills • Customer Expertise – nurture strategic relationships • Strategic perspective • Strong leadership qualities • Skilled negotiation ability • Must be able to demonstrate value based selling • Sales diploma • Strong experience in the soft services sector. Duties & Responsibilities Strategic key accounts comprise the majority of total revenue and losing one of those key accounts could have dire consequences for a business’s bottom line and long-term viability. Because these customers represent such a significant portion of a business, a Strategic Key Accounts Manager should invest in a customer’s long-term satisfaction and success with Servest. A strategic key account manager’s main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
