Job Advert Summary Eduvos is is looking to employ the services of a National Lead: Talent Acquisition and Selection to be based at any of our National campuses on a permanent basis. Type of appointment: Permanent Purpose of the role: To manage the operational implementation of the talent acquisition and selection process in Eduvos, thereby enabling the business to timeously source and appoint suitable candidates to meet their people capacity requirements. Minimum Requirements Minimum qualifications required: A Honours degree in the field of HR / Psychology or relevant field Registration as a Psychomotrist or Industrial Psychologist will be preferable Minimum experience: At least five yeras talent aquisition and selection experience with a proven track record of meeting client expectations Duties and Responsibilities Responcibilities: As the National Lead: Talent Acquisition and Selection you will be primarily responcible for: The recruitment teams' operational delivery of talent acquisition and selection services Implementation of talent aquisition and selection process People specifications / selection criteria Sourcing Response handling / Screening / Short listing Vetting Selection / Interviewing Facilitating assessments (technical / behavioural / psychometric) Referencing Offering Handover to on-boarding Implementation of talent acquisition and selection process Regretting Management Planning, scheduling and work allocation to consultants and administrators Monitoring, control and corrective action Reporting Functional and Behavioural Competencies Funtional competencies: Understanding of the criteria that predict and impact performance Working knowledge of recruitment platforms, systems and tools Working knowledge of the recruitment process Working knowledge of competency based interviewing and interviewing guides Behavioural competencies: Initiative and responsibility Relations and networking Effective communication (verbal and written) Professional and technical expertise Analysis and judgment / problem solving Innovation and change Systematic approach (planning and organising) Steadiness (emotional tenacity) Apply Now
