The incumbent would be required to manage all retail partnerships and operations to ensure sales of open view decoders. 1.Sales Management -Achieving retail sales and activations target in line with the business plan. -Recruiting and Managing of area sales Managers and retail assistants. -Executing retail sales reviews with regional managers, store managers and sales managers. -Conducting sales reviews with regional managers, store managers and sales managers. -Building trust and cooperative relationships and alliances with key stakeholders e.g retailers, installers, distributions, manufacturers etc. -Managing the point of sale material. -Ensuring all POS items are set up in trade on time. -Working closely with Executive retail and Trade Marketing Specialist in the execution of day to day retail activities. -Ensuring that retail complaints are attended to and finalized. -Maintaining record of retail promotions calendar (weekly and monthly). -Management of trailers and retail vehicles. -Managing and communicating stock availability and pricing of various retailers and distributions. -New business development e.g. housing developers, B&B, hotels, flats etc. -Managing the approved installer data base. -Monitoring TV banks as per national plan. -Compiling monthly retail operation reports.
