Stable track record. 10 Years of sales experience Technical Tertiary qualification essential Sales or Marketing qualification is an advantage Ability to manage and motivate the sales team. Unafraid of operating within a highly competitive market. Be able to deal with basic technical challenges associated with the industry. Experience in preparing budgets and KPIs for the team Ability to compile and understand financial reports. Communication skills – written and verbal – essential Duties: National key accounts management New business development Sales team management Working closely with the production, design and supply chain team. Setting sales targets Pricing and negotiations.
