We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a team of sales professionals to expand our market share and drive revenue growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across different regions, setting objectives, reviewing performances, and promoting efficiency. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, responding to client queries and identifying new business opportunities. Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to tailor approaches for maximizing sales. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and to capitalize on market opportunities. Oversee the management of key customer accounts and participate in contract negotiations to secure major contracts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report on the progress to senior management. Implement a sales training and development plan to educate the sales force about new products and sales techniques. Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Proven track record as a National Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong business acumen with a strategic ability to plan sales strategies and execute them effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate and lead a team. R1 430 000 benefits
