- FAIS compliant.
- Key Individual certification.
- ACII qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial underwriting experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Underwrite complex risks and assist colleagues with risk mitigation recommendations.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, new business, and cancellations for an extensive network of brokers.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing pressure.
- General understanding of reinsurance, enhancing industry comprehension.
