A Boat Company in East London is looking for 2 x Naval Architects urgently to join. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop a variety of marine vessels, including commercial, recreational, and military ships. - Conduct feasibility studies, including hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, and structural analyses. - Develop detailed design plans, technical specifications, and drawings using CAD software. - Perform stability analysis and assess the safety of vessel designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and production staff. - Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and standards. - Conduct sea trials and performance testing to validate designs and make necessary adjustments. - Provide technical support and expertise during the construction and commissioning phases. - Stay updated with advancements in naval architecture, materials, and technology. - Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
