We are seeking a skilled Intermediate .NET Developer with expertise in Single Page Application (SPA) development to join our dynamic team in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET technologies along with experience in building responsive and interactive web applications using SPA frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative SPA solutions, contributing to the success of our projects and products. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain SPA applications using .NET technologies, ensuring responsiveness, interactivity, and performance optimization. SPA Frameworks: Utilize SPA frameworks such as React or Vue.js to build dynamic user interfaces and enhanced user experience. API Integration: Integrate SPA frontends with backend APIs built on .NET frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into interactive SPA components, ensuring consistency and alignment with project requirements. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles are applied throughout the development process to deliver a consistent user experience across devices and browsers. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability in SPA development projects. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in SPA applications, implementing optimizations to improve loading times and runtime performance. Testing and Debugging: Develop and implement testing strategies for SPA applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure functionality and reliability. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for SPA applications, including architecture diagrams, component documentation, and user guides. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in SPA development and .NET ecosystem, actively seeking opportunities for skill enhancement and knowledge sharing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, Software Engineering, or related field. (Preferred) Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with a focus on SPA frameworks. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# programming language and ASP.NET Core for backend development. Strong experience with SPA frameworks such as React or Vue.js. Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming patterns. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Team Player: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
