EXECUTIVE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for the following performance areas: KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Financial Control and management of full financial function Responsible for the Financial Analysis, Reporting and Audits Asset Management and Cost Control Project feasibility and management Contracts Management and Negotiation Opportunity Assessment and Analysis / Feasibility Resource Optimization Shareholder value management Ensure the implementation and adherence to the financial and accounting policies, as well as following Procedures / IFRS Manage the administration department including the patient administration management and related general auxiliary support functions REQUIREMENTS CA(SA); Qualification in Financial Management and Auditing 5 Years and more experience in a similar position Hospital Business Knowledge would be an advantage Board level interaction and reporting Sound judgement and understanding of business processes, pro-active approach to problem solving and decision making Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) Knowledge of business information management systems eg.
