Network Operations Manager - South Africa
Manage activation and acceptance of new network elements (New sites, upgrades, swap) Ensure SLA during new network elements introduction Lead War room teams during upgrade/Swap, ensure interfacing with field teams, and third party network elements representative Ensure Alarms, KPIs and QOS non regression after upgrade Manage RAN team for operations Manage network monitoring for non-accepted sites Manage Radio Acceptance team : Ensure Site and Cluster Acceptance after upgrade/Swap Define and provide monthly KPIs for team members performance assessment - Experience/Quality required: South African National 10 in the Mobile Network industry Experience managing a technical team of 10 people Knowledge of Radio Swap process, from Technical and Rollout side Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G QoS and QoE Radio Fine-tuning and optimisation experience Leader, Not afraid to be hands-on to resolve issues Problem-solving skills By clicking Apply you confirm that: By the Candidate submitting any personal information to the Company, the Candidate unconditionally and voluntarily, consents to the processing of the submitted personal information for the purposes of: finding the Candidate employment and in this regard, matching your submitted information with our client’s job specifications; conducting appraisal checks, including employment history, criminal record, educational history, qualification and skills checks and credit checks; presenting you as a suitable candidate to our Clients.
