Minimum Requirements: Technical support to the customer / engineering team Project Engineering Sales Assistance, design and commissioning of electrical hoisting equipment Hoisting software development, reports and documentation Service functions on hoisting equipment and ECSA candidate Fluency in English language is mandatory Roles and Responsibilities: Service Engineer Role: Perform service engineering for electrical hoists. Offer after-hours engineering support to customers. Engineering Execution: Execute engineering tasks individually. Coordinate engineering activities within project teams for complex projects. Project and Platform Support: Provide platform/process support for significant projects. Sales Assistance: Assist sales departments with technical aspects during tender preparation. Technical Support: Provide general technical support to Project and System Engineers. Training and Personnel Support: Provide training and assistance to Training, Service, and Engineering departments.
