The main purpose of this role is to drive measurable results to the benefit of the business, implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set the company apart. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Marketing of logistics services Liaise with Finance team Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met Monitor trucks enroute Track all business-related invoices Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders Provide continuous, constructive feedback to management Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's services The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: A qualification in business management, marketing or finance 3 - 4 years relevant experience Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Proven record of sales growth Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques Project management skills Verbal and written communication skills Negotiation and networking skills Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Educational background in business, marketing, or finance Salary – Negotiable (Depending on experience)
