My client is looking for an experienced New Business Sales Rep, someone who can both do some sales/customer call as well as do basic pump repairs. They are looking for someone ideally Joburg based and willing to travel to Cape Town and Durban monthly. ALternatively someone that is Cape Town based traveling to JNB and Durban. Key responsibilities: Support and grow current customer base through customer visits and frequent communication. Develop new sales and customer base through calling on vacuum users and promoting Vacuum products as well as secondary vacuum products. Develop our service work, either internally if technically capable or through our service partners. Assist Internal Sales to specify and upsell enquiries. Contribute to our marketing efforts, both in social media and traditional marketing channels. Required Skills Sales New Business Generation Candidate Requirements Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 Minimum 3 years vacuum sales and/or service experience. Able to work by themself, with a minimum two-week planning horizon. Valid drivers licence. Has own transport (company will cover fuel expenses) Willing to travel within South Africa. Specific requirements: Good face to face and telephone communication skills. Microsoft Outlook, Word and general computer skills will be advantageous. Benefits: R 40 000 to R 45 000 CTC Fuel Allowance and Commission
