They are seeking a motivated and results-oriented New Business Sales Representative to join their sales team Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions and products to meet their needs. Present and demonstrate products and services effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, negotiating and closing deals to win new business opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their electrical needs. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and initiatives. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field advantageous 5 years of proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the electrical industry or a related field. Own car required Valid drivers license required Strong sales acumen with a track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic of R 18 000 to R 20 000 with commission and fuel, travel allowance
