Seeking experienced New Business Sales Consultants to drive new business in the telecom sector for one of our clients, based in Durban. Defining and being accountable for the blueprint processes for acquiring and onboarding new sales. Developing internal and external relationships to build a sustainable and loyal customer base. Collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments and with customers to work efficiently and effectively. Gaining a strong commercial and technical understanding of the market, competitors, and the company product set to meet targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Building long-term partnerships, engaging with key decision-makers, and maintaining active prospect engagement with a disciplined approach to sales activities. Working within the companys sales framework and maintaining accurate records of opportunities. Providing plans, forecasts, and reports on business performance and dealing with customer complaints efficiently. Engaging in personal development through training and adhering to the companys conduct standards, values, HR procedures, and safety policy. The role emphasizes the importance of relationship building, strategic sales management, and personal development within the companys operational culture. Requirements Ability to manage change, aligning and prioritizing multiple KPI metrics and deliverables. Ability to use insight to make strategic and agile operational decisions enabling the team to win, develop and onboard profitable business. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy and system skills and knowledge are essential, Basic Office functions are non-negotiable. The ability to work with the minimum of supervision, be a present and contributing member of a tightly-knit team. A full valid driver’s license is required. Own reliable and presentable vehicle Minimum Standard of Education – Achieved Matriculation. Motivation and passion to succeed and earn significant wealth.
