We are looking for a sharp and experienced New Car Sales Manager; a true leader, to join this country-style motor dealership in the tranquil town of Vredenburg. This dealership requires a New Car Sales Manager with at least 3 years of new car sales management experience in a franchised dealership, who is capable of leading the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets and fostering a customer-focused sales culture promoting the brand and dealership group.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 3 years of RECENT New Car Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
*Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in the Vredenburg area, or is willing to relocate at short notice*
