I am on the lookout for an experienced Banking fanatic, who has gained experience on managing the risk and governance associated with new and amended products and services. This is a 1-year contract, starting February 2023. Required to support the Bank and the Africa region new product committee Drive governance standards for new product lines Continuous development of CIB operating models Educate committee members on products and services Draft committee meeting minutes Conduct gaps analysis Responsible for governance application management Drive the post implementation review process Deal with governance breaches Stakeholder management Governance forum liaison Non-negotiables: Matric Relevant degree - Economics / Accounting 3-6 years' experience Banking industry experience Multi-tasker Conflict management and resolution skills Collaborator Management reporting experience Finance background Customer relationship management skills
