Duties:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. This includes conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, features, warranties, and financing options. Provide accurate information to customers and answer any questions they may have about the vehicles.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate sales leads through various channels, including online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings to convert leads into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent after-sales service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
