New Vehicle Sales Manager - Roodepoort
Well known dealership is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager with at least 5 years experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager. Duties: Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales through marketing and promotions Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers Compile regular reports for dealership management to review Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with New vehicles Considerable experience with New Vehicle sales Experience working in a corporate branded dealership Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department Good communication and relationship building skills Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record
