AUTOMOTIVE NIGHT SHIFT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - Pretoria East Night Shift Position An automotive component manufacturing company in Pretoria East has a position available for a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator. Permanent Night Shift Position Advanced Excel skills Tier 1 Experience Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 with Mathematics & Relevant Tertiary Qualification 3- 5 years logistic Coordinator experience with the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry Familiar with shipping regulations, customs and freight procedures - local and international MS Office and Syspro . MS Excel expert . Customer Relationship Management Systems. Logistics software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail Financial and Supply Chain knowledge and attention to details is ESSENTIAL for this position Duties Prepare and complete all documents for shipping including delivery notes Create and print label, ASN, collection of bins, packaging instructions and send to Warehouse Monitor and track shipment to ensure it is delivered on time and in full Perform Syspro reconciliation to verify Order Book is aligned with customer orders Do credit notes and debit notes according to requests received from Finance Prepare summaries, reports and analyses on sales, order volumes and delivery performance Process orders received, arrange shipment and ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods / products to the customer for order fulfillment. Receive orders via customer portals and process Qualify, confirm, check product availability and load orders on Syspro Confirm pricing, provide quotations, receive Purchase Order, create invoice and send invoice to client Liaise with Planner, Production and Warehouse re orders received Communicate with client / buyer throughout the order and delivery process Build and maintain client relationships Attend to and resolve queries and disputes timeously VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & OWN TRANSPORT SALARY OFFERED TO SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL DEPEND ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ONLY APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED Applicants who have not been contacted within 14 days should consider their applications as having been unsuccessful
