As the Night Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks to staff, assisting them in resolving on-the-job challenges, and overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the factory. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively communicating pending tasks to the next shift's management, reporting maintenance and training needs, and drawing upon your proven experience as a shift manager to uphold efficiency and productivity throughout the night. The ideal candidate for the Night Shift Manager position, will possess a wealth of experience as a shift manager, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead teams and navigate various operational challenges. Commitment to the role includes being available to work different shifts, including weekends, and showcasing strong team management abilities. You'll be adept at handling ad hoc tasks with ease and bringing at least 15 years of working experience to the table, aligning perfectly with the age range of 35-40 years old, which we believe is ideal for the demands of this role. Microsoft office knowledge and computer literacy essential. Drivers license and own transport is a must, forklift license would be advantageous. Market related salary dependent on level of expeirence and qualification
