We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Services Manager to lead and enhance our nursing services. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the nursing services and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care - Implement and maintain standards of health practice required by accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation - Manage and develop nursing staff to ensure productivity and professional growth - Lead initiatives for patient safety, infection prevention, and control - Handle patient complaints and ensure effective resolution - Manage financial resources and ensure budgetary compliance Essential Education: - 4-year Degree in Nursing - Nursing Management qualification Desired Education: - Nursing Education qualification (advantageous) Essential Minimum Experience: - At least 5 years of professional experience in a tertiary healthcare institution - 3-4 years of management experience in a tertiary healthcare institution Desired Experience: - Patient Safety management - Infection Prevention and Control management - Nursing Education Required Experience and Knowledge: - Infection prevention and control - Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies - Clinical risk management - Management of staff productivity - Healthcare industry - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) - Financial management - Nursing functional knowledge - Relevant nursing legislation - Auditing and accreditation processes - Human resource processes including employee relations - Patient complaint management Salary: R450K – R600K per annum Cost to Company including Benefits, Bonuses & Allowances
