An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks an Operational Nutritionist responsible for cost-effective feed formulation, raw material, and final product quality management on site as well as overseeing the quality management system on-site, technical support to procurement and sales departments. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Maintain formulations and adjust based on raw material availability, and quality. Communicate and coordinate all cost movements and the causes thereof. Lead Food Safety Team and manage feed quality Management of laboratory staff Research and product development Technical support to mills and Clients TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES Sound technical knowledge of Animal Nutrition Science Feed Formulation experience will be an advantage Administration Principles Management Principles BSc. Agric (Animal Science) MSc. Agric in Animal Nutrition Science will be an advantage
