As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting and maintaining the physical, mental, and social well-being of our workforce. You will be responsible for providing health and safety services, conducting health assessments, managing workplace injuries, and developing health and wellness programs.

Job Duties:

Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments.
Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
Provide health education and counseling to employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Monitor and manage employee health trends and recommend preventive measures.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or equivalent is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Own vehicle and valid drivers license.
