We are seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manageing and promoting the health and safety of our employees. You will work closely with our Human Resources and Health & Safety teams to implement health programs and provide essential medical care. Conduct pre-employment health assessments and periodic medical examinations. Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Develop and implement health and wellness programs. Monitor and manage chronic conditions and workplace-related health issues. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality. Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments. Promote health education and awareness among employees. Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists. Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards. Report on health trends and suggest improvements to workplace health policies. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) license. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Nursing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing. Additional qualification in audiometry, spirometry, vision screening and dispensing Knowledge of occupational health regulations and best practices. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software.
