Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail. Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested. Administrative Clerks are in charge of keeping the office running smoothly by completing clerical tasks for employees, like making copies and faxing documents, taking notes during meetings or scheduling appointments between employees and clients.
