Office Administration / Support (Part Time Role) - Hyper By The Sea

You will have strong administration experience, including the ability to adopt a flexible approach towards your work, which will include changing priorities. This is a Part Time Role. This role will utilize your personal organisation disciplines while prioritizing a number of demands, as you ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This position requires strong attributes of administrative control, commitment and resilience, and the ability to forge strong relationships with the rest of the team along with our clients range of customers. Tasks will include: Responsibility to manage the administration of the business, and general administration of project files and scheduling. Have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft and Google suites. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. This is an important role in the business, and requires an individual who is comfortable in taking responsibility, and is looking forward to playing a role in the on-going development of the business. This is a Part Time Role, and it is anticipated candidates are looking to work from 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be discussed.
