We are currently seeking for a well groomed, friendly and energetic office administrator for our client. ● Operating switchboard for both companies ● Courier Services (arrangement for pick-up and drop-off of packages) ● Orders give through to supplier ● Payments to supplier ● Reconciliation of accounts ● Collecting outstanding amounts ● Payment receipts capture on computer system ● Processing of all invoices; statements en petty cash (FINCON) ● Bank: Reconciliation of bank statements; deposit books; cheque book ● Month End: Closing off every month end; statements to customers ● Filing of all documentation ● Creditor for both companies: communication with supplier ● Filing of all documentation ● Data Capturing: all required information To qualify for this opportunity you will need to: ● Be able to multi-task and work under pressure ● Be able to work independently without constant supervision ● Be organized and able to take initiative ● Have clear and confident communication skills ● Good listening skills ● Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel; Word) FINCON /PASTEL will be advantageous ● Matric ● At least 2 yrs working experience in a similar environment ● Bilingual – Afrikaans & English (not negotiable) Working hours: Monday – Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (1 hour lunch break) Salary R8 500 p/m The post Office Administration/Receptionist appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
