We are currently looking to recruit a highly dynamic individual who will coordinate with the various departments and offices on relevant tasks as well as fulfil the reception duties for the Cape Town office. The successful candidate must be an articulate, presentable individual with a customer centric culture. Responsibilities: You will be performing all reception duties, including receiving and welcoming customers visiting the office. You will be required to show them to relevant waiting area or training room. You will be manning the Switch board, receiving and routing calls and assisting customers to capture their requests when required You will be responsible for the training administration and quoting. You will be responsible to prepare the training rooms, receive and welcome customers attending training. You will be responsible for general office administration including Petty Cash, office supplies, booking of and collections of Courier Services and office maintenance duties. You need to Maintain office filing and storage systems. Other tasks can include Event management and coordination. Any additional duties / tasks as required by your manager. Position Requirements: Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience 2-3 years Office Administration experience Fully Bilingual Matric Other requirements Own vehicle and drivers license Personal Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Experience driven Attention to detail for tasks Dynamic person who like challenges Show pride in your work and upholding high work standards and ethics.
