Responsibilities:- You will be performing all reception duties, including receiving and welcoming customers visiting the office. You will be required to show them to relevant waiting area or training room.
- You will be manning the Switch board, receiving and routing calls and assisting customers to capture their requests when required
- You will be responsible for the training administration and quoting.
- You will be responsible to prepare the training rooms, receive and welcome customers attending training.
- You will be responsible for general office administration including Petty Cash, office supplies, booking of and collections of Courier Services and office maintenance duties.
- You need to Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Other tasks can include Event management and coordination.
- Any additional duties / tasks as required by your manager.
Position Requirements:Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience- 2-3 years Office Administration experience
- Fully Bilingual
- Matric
Other requirements- Own vehicle and drivers license
