Office Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

Responsibilities:
  • You will be performing all reception duties, including receiving and welcoming customers visiting the office. You will be required to show them to relevant waiting area or training room.
  • You will be manning the Switch board, receiving and routing calls and assisting customers to capture their requests when required
  • You will be responsible for the training administration and quoting.
  • You will be responsible to prepare the training rooms, receive and welcome customers attending training.
  • You will be responsible for general office administration including Petty Cash, office supplies, booking of and collections of Courier Services and office maintenance duties.
  • You need to Maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Other tasks can include Event management and coordination.
  • Any additional duties / tasks as required by your manager.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
  • 2-3 years Office Administration experience
  • Fully Bilingual
  • Matric
Other requirements
  • Own vehicle and drivers license
