AIM OF THE JOB To ensure that the office administration is managed timeously and efficiently. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS General scanning & filing Electronic filing Document control Capture SAP timesheets Create SAP purchase requisitions Submit overtime Administrate site invoices Administrate site contractors packs Administrate stationery Administrate groceries Administrate PPE Employee medical and induction bookings Ad hoc duties as required Matric an office administration diploma would be an advantage. 5 years of experience with extensive computer skills and office administration. Previous experience with operating systems, some safety related knowledge and having worked in the mining industry would be an added advantage Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Computer literate in the MS Office Suite : SAP would be an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Planning and organizing skills Apply Now
