REPORT TO: Sales & Finance Director
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R12,500 Salary per month (Gross / Before legal deductions)
- Company Cell Phone & Computer
- Travel allowance (for business related traveling)
- Monthly product allocation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology
- Educator or Administrative qualification highly beneficial
ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Confident in your knowledge of Skin Care & Advanced ingredients
- Own car & valid driver license for occasional traveling (company account)
- Punctual & timely
- Confident in English (Read, Write & Speak) - professional correspondence is required
- Afrikaans 2nd Language - BONUS
- Front of office experience in salon, hospitality or medical
- Previous lecturing experience bonus
- Computer user confident - especially MS Power Point (including Social Media, WhatsApp, E-mail & Microsoft)
- Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Up to date with beauty & skin care trends
- Manage and facilitate scheduling of training / sales inquiries or general (book training, respond to orders, process queries etc.)
- Structured and meticulous
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be based in or around the Northern Suburbs
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
- Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
- Must be 100% committed, no outside or secondary employment is permitted.
- Able to do presentations or product training where operationally required
