OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST - Durbanville


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The facilitation of visitor access and related tasks such as greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate staff member / meeting room
  • Operating the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
  • Coordination of boardroom bookings and calendar management
  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages accordingly
  • Administrative support to various departments such as data entry, filing documents, photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Making travel arrangements and compiling travel schedules
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative functions and duties as may be necessary from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Relevant degree or certification preferred
  • Administrative or clerical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Computer proficiency and good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Calm and professional appearance
SALARY:
R12 500 ctc per month
