RESPONSIBILITIES:- The facilitation of visitor access and related tasks such as greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate staff member / meeting room
- Operating the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Coordination of boardroom bookings and calendar management
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages accordingly
- Administrative support to various departments such as data entry, filing documents, photocopying and scanning of documents
- Making travel arrangements and compiling travel schedules
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Performing other ad hoc administrative functions and duties as may be necessary from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Relevant degree or certification preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm and professional appearance
SALARY:R12 500 ctc per month
