Office and Project Manager - Legal Industry - Cape Town City Centre



Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including staff management and task delegation.
  • Develop and implement office policies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set project goals and resource requirements.
  • Track project progress, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage office budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement financial controls.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. LLB Degree will also be considered
  • Proven experience in office or project management within the Legal Sector
  • Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (AJS preferebly)
  • 5 Years min Office and Project Manager experience within the Legal Sector
