Office and Project Manager - Legal Industry - Cape Town City Centre
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including staff management and task delegation.
Develop and implement office policies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with department heads to set project goals and resource requirements.
Track project progress, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
Manage office budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement financial controls.
Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. LLB Degree will also be considered
Proven experience in office or project management within the Legal Sector
Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (AJS preferebly)
5 Years min Office and Project Manager experience within the Legal Sector
