REQUIREMENTS Matric, Own vehicle and driver’s license Computer Literate with basic Pastel knowledge advantageous 3-4 years background in Service/ Customer Relations / Administration Ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas, understanding accounting principles Diverse worker who can multi-task and is target driven Must be able to take ownership of tasks and running the office Good understanding of all good business ethics DUTIES Receiving and logging of orders via email Dealing with Technicians, Representatives or telephonic requests Quotations and arranging with Customers to receive Purchase order numbers Dealing with EFT payments or COD payments Monthly Report on activity and quotations sent to clients Booking and allocating of work to Technicians on the inhouse system Manage Work Orders and handing to Service Office for distribution to Technicians Daily invoicing sent to clients ensuring email addresses are correct Scanning Job cards and other documentation and saving details on google drive Receive job cards from Service office along with register, checking for compliancy or non-compliancy Process all compliant COC’s and save on server Generate HPT Certificates Salary: R18000 ctc negotiable, dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
