Description Minimum Requirements Matric 8 – 10 Years relevant working experience Relevant Degree/Diploma in Facilities Property Management Experience in office management and facilities management Proficient in technology and IT systems Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols Basic accounting knowledge Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations with precision and foresight Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with external Vendors Strategically plan and manage office space layout for optimal functionality Coordinate seamless office moves and relocations Serve as a liaison between building management and team Collaborate with external Stakeholders, including Landlords and Property Managers Monitor and manage utility services for sustainable and cost-effective practices Implement energy-saving initiatives Develop and implement effective emergency response plans Coordinate with emergency services, ensuring the safety of staff Manage maintenance budgets Implement and enforce comprehensive security protocols Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost-saving Coordinate seamless IT support for office equipment and systems Oversee necessary upgrades or modifications to meet compliance standards Explore and adopt sustainable solutions for waste management Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities Participate in the recruitment and hiring process Facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for new team members Organize travel plans and accommodations Provide essential meeting support, ensuring efficiency in agenda preparation and minutes distribution TO APPLY: Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
