Minimum requirements:
Matric and post matric is beneficial
Implementing and maintaining office systems by organizing office operations and procedures
Liaising with employees
Organizing and managing telephone systems
Creating company documents; organizing schedules for staff and executives
Training new employees
Managing of reception area
Arranging and attending meetings with senior management
Assisting the organizations HR function
