One of our CCTV clients are urgently looking for an experienced, professional, reliable and well spoken Office Manager to join their team in JHB.

Duties:

  • Budget management
  • Appointment management
  • Greeting visitors
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Run errands
  • Supervising office staff

Must have:

  • Matric
  • Own transport
  • Computer literate - Use PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent English communication - written and verbal
  • Deadline driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable
  • Trustworthy
  • Will be a plus if you can speak Mandarin
