Key Responsibilities: Debtors/Creditors Administration Contractual Administration They have various contracts including: Service Level Agreements with clients Non-disclosure agreements with clients Share Holders Agreements Employee Contracts Contractors Agreements - these have all been drawn up by their lawyers and are reviewed periodically. A requirement is to ensure that these are all up to date for the existing instances and ensure are established in the case of new instances. Contracts that they have with suppliers, are also to be filed, updated on the necessary anniversaries etc Generation of any requires quotes etc Generally run the office administration side and be of assistance to the CEO Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Desired Skills: Administration Contracts Debtors Creditors Attention to detail
