REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12, Accounting Diploma advantageous
- Finance day-to-day experience with quotations, job costings, invoicing etc.
- Intermediate excel - Formulas and V Lookup
- Bilingual (English speak / Afrikaans understand)
- Own transport essential and ability to use initiative and assist in all areas with the sales team and Head Office
DUTIES- Reporting to Head Office
- Ensure jobs being worked on are updated daily to current fitment status
- Day-to-day job costings & quotations for sales reps
- Debtors and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Manage proforma invoices and request deposits for installations
- Process invoice/credit notes daily & allocation of receipts
- Send final invoice on completion, follow up with clients
- Calculations of monthly payroll and wages
- Invoicing for two branches
- Reconciliations
- Assist clients with telephone enquiries or costings, build sound relationships & enjoy being the go to person when help is needed
- Assisting with HR functions for a staff complement of approximately 25 staff, recording of hours worked
- Opening new staff files, drawing up contracts, issuing of payslips
- Manage registrations of any new Contract Fitters that are required to work on site
- Manage sick leave schedules and HR administration
- Manage rental agreements
- Assist with insurance Claims
- Updating inhouse database
- Ensure Health & Safety data is updated and on file
- Reconciliation of vehicle fleet for 3 branches & manage month end transport invoices
Salary: R28 - R30,000 negotiable dependent on experience
