Duties: General Office Management Recruiting of Candidate Attorneys Onboarding & Training New Staff Arrange Functions & Social Events Procurement of Office Supplies Corporate Gifting IT, Telephone & Printing Support Managing Office & Maintenance & Facilities Maintaining Library & Office Records Tenders Supervising the cleaner & receptionist Maintain & Implement Admin Procedures Book Seminars.
