Operations: Handle day-to-day office management, facilities, and technology to support legal work. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the practice. Technology and Information Management: Oversee technology adoption and data management to improve efficiency and client service. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the firm, including legal malpractice and cybersecurity threats. Degrees in business administration, management, finance, or a related field are beneficial. Previous law firm experience is advantageous.
