Key Responsibilities: Strong Sales and Customer support levels Rapid turnaround of accurate quotes / tenders Effective listening / selling by team members Prompt and appropriate feedback to customers and external sales A motivated and engaged team Effective systems (Quoting and follow up; project stock planning; credit applications and control; complaint resolution; returns and refunds; order book management etc).
