Candidates that would like to apply will need the following National senior certificate or equivalent to NQF 4. 2 years experience within a Take-Away environment. Knowledge of cooking methods and techniques. Previous work experience as a supervisor in Take-Away. Valid RSA driver's license. Preparing high quality meals according to the company menu schedule and ensure it is delivered to employees within a specified timeframe. Purchasing of stock. Ensure stock takes are done. Manage team of cooks and ensure team adheres to Food Safety Requirements. Ability to work shifts. Food preperation. Providing feedback. Work independantly. Stock level reporting. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals. Knowledge of propper storage and disposal methods. Hygiene safety knowledge.
